09/18 Apply for passports with photos
09/25 Have first embassy interview for the kids’ visas
09/26 Pick up passports
09/27 Medical exams
10/10 Approval & 2nd interview at the US embassy for visa
10/11 Pick up the kids’ visas - 1 full business day after the 2nd interview10/13 Go home!!!!
